A necessary part of my work has involved consideration of the European Union directives which apply to road traffic insurance law both in pursuing and defending claims for indemnities under the Road Traffic Act 1988 and under the various MIB schemes.
I am familiar with the principles of the interpretation and application of EU law and the detail of the provisions of EU Directives.
